A New Zealand-born actor and acting coach, Tania Nolan brings close to two decades of screen experience—and seven years teaching at a leading Los Angeles acting studio—to actors seeking grounded, practical preparation.

She first gained local recognition for her lead role in The Hothouse, earning a Best Actress nomination at the Qantas Television Awards. Her body of work spans a wide range—from sharp-witted comedy-drama (Go Girls, Step Dave) to crowd-pleasing hits (Home and Away, NCIS, Tinā), award-winning science fiction (This Is Not My Life), and stylised action (Spartacus: Blood and Sand, Legend of the Seeker).

Her coaching has supported actors preparing for career-defining roles—including working with Cooper Koch for his Golden Globe-nominated performance in Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story.
